Cancel 24 Hours or More in Advance for a Full Refund
Use the button in the booking confirmation email to request the cancellation of your session 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment for a full refund. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method once your cancellation is confirmed, but it may take between 7 to 20 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Cancel Less Than 24 Hours in Advance for a Partial Refund
If you request the cancellation of your appointment (via the booking confirmation email) less than 24 hours in advance, you may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your session cost. This also applies to same-day bookings that are subsequently cancelled. Your partial refund will be processed back to the original payment method once your cancellation is confirmed, but it may take between 7 to 20 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
No Refund & a General Email Session for No Shows
No shows are ineligible for a refund. If you fail to show up for a scheduled video or phone session, you’ll receive an email session with a general health and wellness focus during that time slot instead.
Reschedule Before Your Session Without Penalty
As an alternative to cancellation, use the button in the booking confirmation email to reschedule your session before your appointment without penalty.
